Terms and Conditions & Return Policy

We aim to ship your order within 1-4 business days, depending on the time the order was placed and product availability. Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. For orders over 100 euros, shipping costs are reimbursed by cosalibby.nl. We rely on delivery services (such as PostNL or DHL) and cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control. Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address; cosalibby.nl is not liable for shipments lost due to incorrect address details.

If you are not satisfied with your order or have accidentally ordered the wrong item, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or you received an incorrect order. Before returning the item, please send an email with the order number and reason for return to: retour@cosalibby.nl. We will do our best to respond to your request within 24 hours. You can then download the return form and follow the further instructions. As soon as we have received and checked the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

Please note: the product must be returned in its original condition and in the undamaged packaging. Unfortunately, used or damaged products cannot be returned, unless they are defective upon receipt.

Return steps:

Step 1: Send an email to retour@cosalibby.nl containing the order number and reason for return. Step 2: Download the Return Form below. Step 3: Print the Return Form and fill it out. Step 4: Include the completed Return Form with the package to be returned, and attach the address label to the package.

Step 5: Choose a post office of your choice (save the track & trace)

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on the website cosalibby.nl, a webshop registered under Chamber of Commerce number: 97131954, VAT number: NL005250454, established at: Kroonkruid 117, 2914TK Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel. Please note: this is not a visiting address. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The amended terms and conditions apply to new orders.

Liability

cosalibby.nl is not liable for any indirect damage, such as consequential damage, arising from the use of the products. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use of our products.

Complaints and Disputes

Do you have a complaint about the order or our service? Please contact us at klantenservice@cosalibby.nl. We will process your complaint as soon as possible. If we are unable to resolve the matter amicably, you can submit your complaint to the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM).

Applicable Law

These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. All disputes arising from an order on cosalibby.nl will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
